How do I know if my order has been processed?
Once Premcal processes your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
When will my order be processed and my product shipped?
Orders received before 12 Noon EST will be processed and shipped on the same day (monday to friday, excluding holidays). Orders received after 12 Noon EST will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
What is Premcal’s return policy?
Premcal will offer a full product refund (not S & H) for any order that is returned within 60 days with an INTACT SEAL. Please note that NO REFUND will be available if the safety seal is broken.

Will I be charged for sales tax?
Premcal is based in New York State and New York State residents will be charged sales tax. No sales taxes will be charged to residents of other states.
